JOEL, the founder of Igniting MINDS is a certified life & business coach, trained under industry gurus and has rich experience of public speaking, leadership trainings, mentoring and coaching individuals & startups. JOEL has a corporate experience of 18 years in different countries and with senior roles in the IT sector. After initial failures in businesses and having incurred huge monetary losses, JOEL switched tracks and pursued his childhood passion for cars and started a multi-brand car service center in 2015 and it got recognized as one of the top 10 auto tech startups of 2018 and also got ISO certified for Management Systems.

With his experience of professional failures & successes JOEL pursued Life and Business Coaching professionally. JOEL as a coach and trainer has setup Igniting MINDS to help individuals and MSMEs unleash for growth & success in their personal and business lives. JOEL also is on the advisory panel of a software company and an electric vehicles technology company. JOEL is a Rotarian too.
